The
Parker Executive Search Process enables our firm to meet and

and analyzing marketplace information, and identifying, recruiting,

The Parker Executive Search team has successfully completed
more than 1,000 searches. On every search we maintain complete
confidentiality for both the candidates and the client.

higher education searches.

and executing targeted research.

candidates and conducting interviews.

the most highly qualified panel of candidates.
- Advising
and facilitating the selection process.
- Conducting
extensive background and reference checks on final candidates.
The findings of these comprehensive reviews are released
only to the client.

with all candidate follow-ups, including recruiting the
preferred candidate.
