Katie Bain, a principal with Parker Executive Search, joined the team in June 2005, and is actively involved in all aspects of corporate and higher-education searches. Some of her responsibilities include conducting original research to identify potential candidates, participating in search committee meetings, and interacting with clients and candidates throughout

the search process. She works with the firm’s senior vice presidents in conducting thorough and successful executive searches.

Katie graduated magna cum laude from the Medical College of Georgia in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. After working as a registered nurse for 2 years, she entered the MBA program at the University of Georgia. In May 2005, she earned her MBA, graduating with honors and a concentration in marketing.

With her husband, Michael, Katie resides in Atlanta where she enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Atlanta.
