Porsha Williams - Principal. Porsha Williams joined Parker Executive Search in December 2005 as an executive recruiting coordinator. As the executive recruiting coordinator, she was responsible for scheduling on behalf of the firm’s president and senior vice presidents, establishing interview schedules, and managing data. In her current role of Principal, she

assists in determining search strategies, conducting original research to identify potential candidates, participating in search committee meetings, and interacting with clients and candidates throughout the search process. Porsha embodies the firm’s commitment to personalized service in her interaction with both clients and candidates.

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications, Porsha worked in sales and management with Hertz Local Edition, a division of Hertz Rent-A-Car, and operated a branch in Tucker, Georgia.

Porsha enjoys playing the piano and spending time with family. She and her husband, Courtney, reside in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
