Ingram Barge Company has named Jennifer Moehlmann Chief People Officer. Moehlmann will be responsible for defining, developing, organizing, and directing the Human Resources functions for Ingram Margine Group, including employment, training, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, and communications. Moehlmann previously served as VP, Human Capital Management for Eco-Energy, an alternative energy company based in Franklinn, TN.
