Forestar Group has named Melissa Schwartz as Director, Entitlement & Development Services. Schwartz will be responsible for entitlements and due diligence for new acquisitions in Forestar's East Region and will be essential to the growth of the organization by reviewing and confirming entitlements for new acquisition opportunities. Schwartz was previously a Development Manager with CH2M.
