LeasePlan USA has announced the hiring of Nainika Sharma as Vice President of Procurement. Sharma will be responsible for setting a comprehensive strategic vision and execution of a best-in-class procurement organization to drive value by negotiating the best prices, obtaining optimal rebates and discount levels for core and non-core purchases, managing talent, developing multi-year strategic sourcing and savings plans, and ensuring overall compliance with all local and group policies. Sharma previously served as Director of Procurement for Sears Holdings Corporation.
