Ryan Grant, Daniel Parker and Porsha Williams have been named vice presidents at Parker Executive Search, a leading global executive search firm based in Atlanta.

"These three leaders are well deserving of their promotions," said Parker Executive Search President Dan Parker. "In their new roles, they will be responsible for developing new clients, managing existing client relationships and providing leadership in their practice areas. Their expertise will help our clients find the right fit as they traverse the complex landscape of a high-level search."

After two years with Parker Executive Search, Grant has been named vice president, corporate practice, and will spearhead corporate searches for the firm. He is responsible for conducting research to identify candidates, recruiting potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and maintaining contact with clients and candidates throughout the search process.

Grant graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University. Grant and his wife, Katie, live with their two daughters in Alpharetta, Ga.

Daniel Parker has been promoted to vice president, sports practice. He has worked on numerous executive level searches since joining the firm in 2011, including corporate vice president searches, college dean searches, collegiate athletic director searches and various collegiate athletic head coach searches. Parker is tasked with maintaining the firm's position as the premier search firm for college athletics, while continuing to grow the sports practice to include professional sports and corporate entities with a sports focus.

Parker graduated from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Callie, have two daughters and live in Dunwoody, Ga.

Williams, who joined Parker Executive Search in 2005, has been named vice president, higher education practice. Her commitment to personalized service with both clients and candidates has helped her gain the trust of higher education clients in their searches for academic leaders. Williams will add to the growing list of public and private institutions that have used the firm's expertise in their searches for top academic leadership.

Williams, a graduate of the University of Georgia, lives in Lawrenceville, Ga., with her husband, Courtney, and their daughter.
