LeasePlan USA has named Matt Patterson as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Patterson will be responsible for providing robust legal support for growing LeasePlan's business across the country, including presenting counsel and advice on the Company's commercial transactions, corporate governance, in-bound contracts, employment matters, administrative policies, intellectual property matters, dispute resolution support, and strategy and regulatory compliance issues. Patterson previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Consolidated Container Company.
