Tara Flickinger is a principal specializing in the Corporate practice.
In this role she works closely with her clients to clearly understand their hiring needs and desires and to ensure a smooth search process. She proactively researches and engages with dynamic working professionals, partnering with them to secure meaningful opportunities that they might not otherwise pursue.
Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Tara was in a business development role as a private wealth advisor with Goldman Sachs in Atlanta.
Tara earned her BS in Business Economics and Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University, where she also captained the women’s golf team. After graduating, she worked for Octagon, a sports marketing firm, where she ran an LPGA event, and for Pfizer, where she sold pharmaceuticals as a healthcare representative. Tara earned her MBA at The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, serving as President of Carolina Women in Business.
Tara is the Co-Chair of the East Lake Women’s Alliance and a member of Zoo Atlanta’s Leadership Council. She has served as a member of The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Alumni Council and the 691 Society of East Lake. She lives in Brookhaven with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Finley and Piper.
