Xavier is an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, working in the Sports and Higher Education practices for Parker Executive Search.
Xavier brings a unique skillset to the Parker Executive Search team through a combination of having been a former football student-athlete at the Division I level and his consulting experience working with the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA. In his current role, his main responsibilities are to conduct thorough research on clients and target institutions, organize and execute search timelines, and assist colleagues in the recruitment of qualified candidates based on the needs of the client and institution. Xavier’s stellar communication skills, energy, and experience as a consultant makes him a valuable asset to the Parker Executive Search team.
Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Xavier was with the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA in the role of Senior Consultant, New Seasons Ticket Sales. In this role, his focus was to make outbound calls on a day-to-day basis to local consumers and businesses in the Metro Atlanta Area to build relationships and find the product that was the best fit for each client.
Xavier earned his both his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University. He did so while being a four-year starter for the KSU Football team and helped lead the team to back-to-back Big South Conference Championships in 2016 and 2017, and automatic bids to the NCAA Division I FCS Playoffs. During his career at KSU, Xavier was a 3-year team captain and finished his career as a top five receiver in KSU history.
Before joining the Atlanta Hawks, Xavier worked as an Operations Specialist for PLAE Global in Canton, Ga. In his role, he oversaw creating estimates, 3-D room designs, consulted with coaches and colleges to bring their visions to life and handled all logistical demands during the process. During his time with PLAE, Xavier was also able to earn his Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
In his spare time, Xavier enjoys playing basketball, working out, going on runs, traveling, and spending time with family. Xavier also serves as the Director of Operations for his family’s non-profit organization, TNT Visions Outreach Inc. In this role, he organizes the youth scholarship fund and community engagement activities. Xavier is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
