Parker Executive Search is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Plunkett to the position of Director of Finance and Technology effective immediately.  Michael will continue to lead the firm’s technology initiatives and will take over leadership of the firm’s finance and accounting functions.

In 2010, Michael joined the firm as a database manager and successfully launched the Parker Dashboard.  Michael enhanced the firm’s collegiate athletic database that was featured on ESPN.com.  He has had a profound impact by streamlining operations of the firm and has allowed consultants to increase productivity and effectiveness.  Michael successfully introduced a state of the art website and continues to develop secure sites for client access during the search process. 

He has led several executive searches in the technology field and has developed a strong sense of the importance of client relations.  He has brought a creative and forward-thinking approach to the firm and has been a key piece of the continued growth of the organization.

Michael graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in cognitive science and is currently pursuing his MBA at Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business.
