Brand-Vaughan Lumber Company, a building materials supply company specializing in commodity forest products, plywood, and millwork, has announced the hiring of David Pavadore as Chief Financial Officer. Pavadore will have responsibility for directing and stewarding the organization's credit and lending facilities, financial planning and accounting, financial reporting, tax and audit, internal controls, financial strategy, budgeting, and will have oversight of the Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resource and Credit departments and staff. Over the past year,  Pavadore has served as interim CFO for several organizations. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CFO for Epi Breads, Inc., an international manufacturer of custom bread.
