The Titans played in the WIAC Tournament Championship game in 2015, 2016 and 2017, winning the title and the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament in 2016.

Juckem won his 200th career game in the Titans' 73-57 victory over Ramapo College in the 2018 national semifinals.
