COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Gloria Nevarez, a 25-year veteran of intercollegiate athletics, has been selected as the second Commissioner in the history of the Mountain West Conference, it was announced today by the MW’s Board of Directors Chair Garnett Stokes.
