Parker Executive Search is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Sports practice. This role partners closely with the Vice President, Principals, and Associates to assist in executing high-profile executive searches for senior leaders across higher education, including presidents, provosts, vice presidents, deans, and athletics directors.

The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the search process—helping to manage logistics, coordinate timelines, and ensure a high level of organization and follow-through. This individual will work across internal teams, candidates, and clients, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the search process while contributing to a smooth and professional experience for all involved.
