Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director, Administration & Risk

The University of Southern California seeks an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director, Administration & Risk. Reporting directly to Athletics Director Jennifer Cohen and serving on the Athletics Executive Team, this position will play a critical role in advancing the operational effectiveness of one of the nation's premier athletics departments.

Serving as the primary liaison between USC Athletics and University Human Resources, the Office of General Counsel, and the Office of Athletics Compliance, this executive will provide leadership across human resources, compliance, risk management, legal operations, contract administration, and organizational strategy. The successful candidate will help modernize key operational areas, navigate the evolving landscape of college athletics, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex personnel, legal, and compliance matters.
