Head Women's Basketball Coach

Kennesaw State is seeking a Women’s Basketball Coach to lead and manage its intercollegiate women’s basketball program. The  Coach will plan and direct team activities, develop student-athletes, and implement strategies to build a nationally competitive program. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining student-athletes, coaching and supervising staff, managing budgets, scheduling competitions and practices, purchasing equipment, and supporting fundraising and public relations initiatives. The role also prioritizes student-athlete academic success, retention, and graduation while ensuring full compliance with NCAA and university regulations. The Women’s Basketball Coach will prepare student-athletes physically, mentally, and academically while fostering an ethical, supportive environment that promotes both athletic excellence and personal development.
