Senior Vice President - Men's Basketball

The Senior Vice President – Men’s Basketball provides strategic and operational leadership for ACC Men’s Basketball. The position is responsible for advancing the sport’s competitive success, national profile, championship experience, and commercial value while ensuring excellent scheduling, officiating, game management, and stakeholder alignment.

Reporting to the Commissioner, with dotted-line reporting to the Chief Operating & Business Officer, the Senior Vice President serves as the ACC’s primary leader and liaison for men’s basketball. The position works closely with the league’s 18 men’s basketball coaches, athletic directors, member institutions, ACC staff, game officials, venue partners, ESPN and ACCN, NCAA, national basketball organizations, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly credible, and collaborative leader with deep men’s basketball knowledge; sound judgment; strong communication skills; and the ability to translate strategy into action in a fast-paced, complex environment.
