Khristian Carr

Khristian Carr is an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, working in the Sports practice for Parker Executive Search.

In her role, she conducts research on clients and key institutions, manages search timelines, and supports colleagues in recruiting strong candidates to meet each organization’s needs. She is motivated by a passion for helping others succeed, approaching her work as an opportunity to uplift colleagues and drive meaningful results.

Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Khristian served as Director of Client Experience – Training & Development at Profile, LLC, where she provided consulting and guidance to athletics directors, coaches, staff, and campus partners to enhance leadership and team effectiveness. She also held key roles at Purdue University and Mississippi State University, working exclusively with the Purdue football program to support student-athletes' holistic growth. At both institutions, she led initiatives to advance student-athletes' career readiness, financial literacy, and professional development, preparing them for long-term success on and off the field and court.

A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Khristian is dedicated to leadership, service, and uplifting communities. Building on her experience in mentoring and developing others, she has shared her expertise at professional events such as the Beyond the Field – Player Development Conference, the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar, and the Purdue University Business Office Department, discussing leadership, career development, and professional growth.

Khristian earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degreesfrom Mississippi State University, where she competed as a four-year volleyball letterwinner. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, sports, exploring new cultures and local food, prioritizing wellness and staying active, and seeking experiences that spark creativity, foster relationships, and encourage personal growth.
