Jack brings with him to Parker Executive Search diverse knowledge of recruitment through agency and corporate experiences.

Having worked closely with both candidates and hiring managers, Jack understands the breadth of the recruitment process. As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, he is responsible for research on candidates and clients, organization and execution of search timelines, and recruitment of qualified candidates, best fitting the needs of clients.

Prior to joining Parker, Jack worked in Talent Acquisition for Juneau Construction Company, based in Atlanta. During his time at Juneau, he spearheaded an initiative to bring recruiting in-house. His primary responsibilities were research, candidate outreach and development, organization of the summer internship program, coordination with executive team, and execution of the search process. Jack’s agency experience stems from his time with SpectrumCareers in Washington, D.C. where he represented both candidates and clients in the financial sector.

Jack Attended Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2017. During his time at W&L, Jack was heavily involved in his fraternity and chaired “Kathekon”, a group dedicated to Alumni Relations.

Jack is originally from Atlanta, and currently lives in the Buckhead area with his fiancé, Jordan. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, coaching youth sports, and spending time with family and friends.
