As an Associate, Brett’s main responsibilities are to conduct thorough research on clients and target institutions, organize and execute search timelines, and assist colleagues in the recruitment of qualified candidates based on the needs of the client and institution.

Brett, a native of Georgia, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Higher Education Administration from the University of West Georgia. Brett also served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of New Student Programs and held many student leadership roles as an undergrad.

Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Brett worked as the Coordinator of Orientation at the University of West Georgia, focusing on improving retention, progression, and graduation of students by providing a welcoming and transformational orientation experience.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys exploring Atlanta’s food and social scene and watching Atlanta sports. He and his wife, Carly, reside in Downtown Atlanta.
