Rich develops search strategies and identifies candidates for clients in the higher education practice in collaboration with the firms Vice Presidents, Principals, and Associates.

This includes researching qualified candidates and data management. 

Before joining PES, Rich was the Library Service Desk Coordinator for the Woodruff Library at Emory University, in charge of the daily operations of the main research library on campus.  Rich supervised front line library, research, and technology services, including leading a team of 30 student employees.  In addition, he directly provided research and technology support for faculty, healthcare, and graduate level researchers.  Rich was also responsible for training student employees and staff in customer service and information behavior strategies.       

Rich graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, PA with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy.  He also has a Master of Divinity in Theology and Ethics from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. In 2015, he completed a Master of Library and Information Science from Valdosta State University, focusing on library technologies and management. 

Rich enjoys reading, running, and being active in his local schools and public library.  Rich and his wife, Nicole, have two children, Will and Lydia.
